Juve, Dybala’s shock request: 20 million per season. It is for sale, but Paratici has lost an opportunity | First page

The negotiation between Juve and Dybala for the renewal of the contract is in a tunnel whose exit is not seen. The Argentine is linked to the Juventus club until 30 June 2022, he played a great championship and now he has the knife on the side of the handle in dialogue with society. If they don’t want to risk losing it to zero in 24 months, or in any case having to sell it off in a year, executives are almost obliged to meet his demands. Which are very high: close to 20 million net per season. The only alternative is immediate transfer. Yeah, but to whom? And how long?

Dybala asks for 20 million as he wants to be considered in all respects the main player of Juve after Ronaldo, also because in the conquest of this championship it was decisive how much and more than CR7. De Ligt earns 12 million net per season? Paulo asks for many more. Obviously it is not a mandatory claim, this or nothing, but for sure it is unlikely that it will fall below 15 million.

This is why Juve has made known – to Pirlo and not only to him – that Dybala could leave. We need an adequate offer for the Juventus club, at least 80-90 million (Paulo is still on the balance sheet for 11 million, the capital gain would still be enormous). And we also need a club that satisfies the Argentine economically and sportingly. The solution at the moment is only one: Real Madrid. Nothing PSG as long as there is Neymar, nothing Barcelona as long as there is Messi: for Joya there would be no space or money. The Manchester United was rejected by Dybala a year ago, on Bayern does not convince him because he does not like German football.

Juve, e in particular Paratici, they missed an important opportunity last season, when Dybala was cornered by Allegri. At that point they would be able to benefit from the situation by proposing the renewal at “normal” figures for a sample in difficulty. They didn’t, in fact the following summer they tried to get rid of him. IS now they pay for that mistake of poor foresight.
